Our Future Programs

CenMISS will develop a suite of programs designed to strengthen public understanding of global information systems and support more resilient media and knowledge environments. As the Center moves toward full operations, our programs will focus on the following areas:

  • Research & Analysis — CenMISS will conduct independent research on information flows, digital media systems, and the social, economic, and technological factors shaping how information is created, shared, and understood.
  • Misinformation & Influence Studies — The Center will study the dynamics of misinformation, disinformation, and influence operations, examining their effects on journalists, communities, institutions, and public knowledge.
  • Policy & Public Knowledge — CenMISS will develop nonpartisan, evidence‑based insights to inform journalists, researchers, civil society organizations, institutions, and policymakers about the functioning of modern information environments.
  • Education & Capacity Building — The Center will offer educational programs, fellowships, workshops, and public events to strengthen the capacity of individuals and organizations to navigate complex digital information systems.
  • Public Engagement & Transparency — CenMISS will publish research, reports, and analysis to promote transparency, accountability, and informed public discussion about global information ecosystems.

A full program portfolio will be released upon the launch of CenMISS operations.
